From vineyards in Essenheim. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tank and barrels (1200L, 600L) with one month ageing on lees. Suitable for 10+ years in cellar. Apricot and spice on the nose give way to a beautiful smokiness and nicely balanced acidity.
