Description

A classic and fully developed Pinot gris, it opens with white flowers and orchard fruits on the nose followed by hints lime, meyer lemon, green apples, and honey.  Lively acidity balances the touch of sweetness. Pair with a chicken curry, grilled veal chops with wild mushrooms, or a triple cream cheese like a Saint André or a Blue de Bresse.
