Exotic flavors of confit of quince with spicy and peppery notes this is drinking beautifully but can age ten to fifteen years. Perfect for Mexican, Indian, or Moroccan cuisine – such as a tagine of lamb – it pairs equally well with spicy grilled gamba shrimp and the richness of foie gras.
