Description

From a blend of different vineyards, maceration and fermentation in open stainless steel vats, punch down 4 times per day, 10 day skin contact. Ageing in large oak barrels for 12 months with malolactic fermentation followed by 3 months in steel tanks. Named after their cellar dog with notes of red berry fruit, sweet spice and tea leaf. Juicy, refreshing acidity; a Pinot Noir of tremendous value, this really over delivers.
