Description
A small production Nebbiolo from northern Piemonte. “Mot” means hill and “Frei” means porcini mushrooms, which grow wild here. Natural fermentation in stainless steel to preserve freshness. 18 months ageing in 500L old French oak, 6 months in bottle before release. No filtering, 3000 bottles produced. Simply beautiful with notes of red berries and baking spice, well integrated tannins and a long finish.
